Even if it’s your first day, you can make perfect soft serve in 15 minutes. Just follow this exact order (works for 99% of machines from China).
Step 1 – Before First-Time Cleaning (Only do once when new)
1. Pour 5 L warm water + 1 spoon food-grade sanitizer into the two cylinders.
2. Press “WASH” button → let it run 5–10 minutes.
3. Open the handle to drain everything.
4. Repeat with clean water 2 times. Done.
Step 2 – Pour the Mix (Every morning)
1. Shake ready-to-use liquid ice cream mix (milk fat ≥6%).
2. Pour into the upper hoppers (left & right). Never fill more than 80%.
3. If you have middle twist flavor, pour vanilla or plain mix in both sides.
Step 3 – Start the Machine
1. Turn on main power → press “AUTO” (not wash).
2. Wait 8–15 minutes (new machines with heat-treatment need only 3–5 minutes).
3. When hardness reaches 5.5–6.5 bars (or snowflake icon stops flashing), it’s ready.
Step 4 – Serve Customers
1. Put cone or cup under the handle.
2. Pull handle all the way down → count “1-2-3” → release slowly.
3. Perfect swirl every time.
Step 5 – End of Day Cleaning (Must do daily – takes 15 minutes)
1. Press “WASH” → drain all remaining mix.
2. Fill hoppers with warm water → wash 5 minutes → drain.
3. Repeat 2–3 times until water comes out clean.
4. Leave handle open overnight so cylinders dry.
Extra Tips That Save Money
- Never turn off at night if you have heat-treatment model – it auto-cleans every 14 days.
- Keep room temperature below 30°C → machine lasts longer.
- Use only liquid mix, never powder mixed by hand (will block the pump).
